Redemption Period
No statutory right of redemption after non-judicial trustee sale. The sale is final. Nevada has specific post-sale procedures but no statutory redemption period.
Deficiency Judgment Rule
Deficiency is PROHIBITED for owner-occupied single-family residences after a non-judicial trustee sale (NRS § 40.455). For other properties, deficiency is permitted with fair value limitation — and must be sought within 6 months of sale.
